▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermally conductive sheet comprises a non-oxidized graphene, a carbon structure and an inorganic filler dispersed in a resin matrix. The inorganic filler includes hexagonal boron nitride. The non-oxidized graphene has an D peak intensity/G peak intensity value of less than or equal to 0.3 in the Raman spectrum measurement result. USE - Used as thermally conductive sheet. ADVANTAGE - The sheet has improved thermal conductivity, low failure rate, and can minimize the structural defect using the non-oxidizing graphene.
