▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Dispersed phase nano composite material comprises a dispersed phase polymer and dispersed phase filler, where the molecular weight of the dispersed phase polymer is 50000-200000 g/mol, and the hydroxy content of the dispersed phase polymer is ≮ 1 hydroxy group/500 relative molecular mass. The dispersed phase filler is a nano-scale rigid particle containing a polar group, which can be dispersed in a polar solvent. USE - The dispersed phase nanocomposite material or high-strength and high-internal stress cracking blend is used for preparing the engineering material with stress crack resistance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersed phase nano-composite material has very high strength at room temperature, has excellent flexibility at high temperature, can be used as dispersion phase to improve the high glass transition temperature (Tg) polymer the strength and stress cracking resistance, and is simple in preparation technique, excellent in performance and easy to realize industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparation method of dispersed phase nanocomposite material comprising: (1) dissolving the dispersed phase polymer in polar solvent; (2) dispersing the dispersed phase filler in the polar solvent in the form of nano particles; (3) adding the dispersed phase filler to the dispersed phase polymer, stirring uniformly and drying to obtain the dispersed phase nano composite material; high strength and high internal stress cracking blend, comprising a polar group containing high glass transition polymer, and dispersed phase nano composite material; and preparation method of the blend with high strength and high internal stress crack comprisng pre-mixing dispersion polymer nanocomposite material and adding into the internal mixer, melting and mixing uniformly at 200- 300℃ to obtain the product.
