NOVELTY - Method for preparing electrode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors involves soaking an aluminum foil in a pretreatment solution to obtain a soaked aluminum foil and pretreatment waste liquid, carrying out nano-titanium plating treatment on the soaked aluminum foil, soaking in a mixed treatment solution (I) to obtain treated aluminum foil, mixing the pre-treatment waste liquid and the mixed treatment waste liquid, recovering sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid from it, cleaning the treated aluminum foil with pure water, soaking in a mixed treatment solution (II) to obtain a treated aluminum foil treated and a second mixed treatment waste liquid, soaking treated the aluminum foil in a mixed treatment solution (III) to obtain a treated aluminum foil and a third mixed treatment waste liquid, and soaking the treated aluminum foil in nitric acid solution. USE - Method for preparing electrode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. ADVANTAGE - The method eliminates need to apply current in immersion of mixed treatment liquids, is energy saving, reduces emission, and provides electrode foil having excellent porosity uniformity and bending performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing electrode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors involves soaking an aluminum foil in a pretreatment solution at 55-75 degrees C for 45-75 seconds to obtain a soaked aluminum foil and a pretreatment waste liquid, placing the soaked aluminum foil in the vacuum chamber of a coating machine for nano-titanium plating treatment, soaking the aluminum foil with nano-plated titanium treatment in a mixed treatment solution (I) at 45-82 degrees C for 50-85 seconds, draining for 10-20 seconds, continuing spraying the mixed treatment solution (I) at a flow rate of 10-15 l/hour for 0.5-3 hours to obtain a treated aluminum foil and a first mixed treatment waste liquid, mixing the pre-treatment waste liquid and the mixed treatment waste liquid, using a diffusion dialysis membrane separator to process and recovering sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, using pure water to clean the aluminum foil treated with the mixed treatment solution (I), cleaning, soaking it in a mixed treatment solution (II) at 45-75 degrees C for 60-150 seconds to obtain an aluminum foil treated with the mixed treatment solution (II) and a second mixed treatment waste liquid, soaking treated the aluminum foil in a mixed treatment solution (III) at 75-90 degrees C for 120-250 seconds to obtain an aluminum foil treated by the mixed treatment solution (III) and a third mixed treatment waste liquid, collecting the second mixed treatment waste liquid and the third mixed treatment waste liquid, treating them with a diffusion dialysis membrane separator and recovering nitric acid, and soaking the treated aluminum foil in a nitric acid solution at 45-60 degrees C for 120-180 seconds to obtain the product.
