NOVELTY - Piezoresistive composition comprises metal-nanocarbon composite particle having a structure in which the nanocarbon material is dispersed and partially embedded on the surface of the metal particle; and a polymer. USE - The piezoresistive composition is useful for manufacturing piezoresistive composite for three dimensional printing (all claimed), and sensor devices e.g. strain sensors, pressure sensors, and touch sensors. ADVANTAGE - The piezoresistive composition: improves dispersibility of nanocarbon and fluidity in three-dimensional printing process and electrical properties of piezoresistive composite. The method: produces a piezoresistive material having a three-dimensional shape; and uniformly disperse nanocarbon material in polymer matrix. The piezoresistive composite: has high-performance and efficiency, and excellent electrical properties, piezoresistive sensitivity, durability, electrical conductivity and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing piezoresistive material comprising (a) mixing and pulverizing metal particles and nano-carbon materials to prepare metal-nano-carbon composite particles, and (b) preparing a mixture by mixing the metal-nanocarbon composite particles with a polymer solution.
