NOVELTY - Preparing sodium doped multilayer graphene involves weighing sodium hydroxide, adding into polyfluortetraethylene beaker and mixing with distilled water to prepare the sodium hydroxide solution of concentration of 25-35 wt.%, and adding ethylene glycol to the obtained solution, where the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and ethylene glycol is 1:5. The obtained solution is mixed uniformly, and the polytetrafluoroethylene beaker is sealed with a preservative film, and 8 holes of diameter of 2-3 millimeter are drilled on the preservative film. USE - Method for preparing sodium doped multilayer graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare sodium doped multilayer graphene which is easy to process in a simple, eco-friendly and cost-effective manner, and easy to control the quality of the graphene film in preparing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing sodium doped multilayer graphene involves weighing sodium hydroxide, adding into polyfluortetraethylene beaker and mixing with distilled water to prepare the sodium hydroxide solution of concentration of 25-35 wt.%, and adding ethylene glycol to the obtained solution, where the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and ethylene glycol is 1:5. The obtained solution is mixed uniformly, and the polytetrafluoroethylene beaker is sealed with a preservative film, and 8 holes of diameter of 2-3 millimeter are drilled on the preservative film. The polytetrafluoroethylene beaker is put on a heating plate at 150 degrees C for 25-35 minutes to prepare the intermediate. The 0.4 gram intermediate is dissolved into 1 milliliter solvent to obtain spin coating, where the solvent is mixed solution of deionized water and ethanol in molar ratio of 1:4. The spin-coating liquid is spin-coated on the specially treated quartz sheet, where the speed of sizing machine is controlled at 1000 revolutions/minute and the rotational speed is 3000 revolutions/minute. The obtained product is put into the annealing furnace and heated at 650 degrees C for 30 minutes and the temperature is maintained at 650 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain the sodium doped multilayer graphene.
