N-vinylpyrrolidone, 20-25 pts. wt. N, N- dimethylacetamide, 3-5 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.1-0.2 pts, wt. polyvinyl alcohol and 4-5 pts. wt. water. USE - High dielectric composite film used for capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The high dielectric composite film used for capacitor has increased dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high dielectric composite film, which involves: (A) mixing modified nano molybdenum disulfide and graphene oxide sol; (B) dissolving polyethylene alcohol in water; (C) heating obtained mixture at 60-80 degrees C for 20-30 minutes; (D) drying the obtained mixture; (E) adding remaining components in the obtained mixture; and (F) baking the obtained mixture at 150-200 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours.
