NOVELTY - Blending modified CPET sheet comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 5-50 pts. wt. modified materials, 1-6 pts. wt. phosphate ester dispersant, and 1-5 pts. wt. organic chemical blowing agent. USE - The sheet is useful for high temperature resistant oven. ADVANTAGE - The sheet: improves the dispersion performance of inorganic particles or fiber materials; has large specific surface area, and uniform mechanical strength; disperses raw materials; and has uniform performance of the extruded CPET sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the blending modified CPET sheet, comprising taking PET, modified material, phosphate ester dispersant, and organic chemical foaming agent, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment on the modified material, heating modified material after ultrasonic dispersion treatment and the remaining raw materials to 180-200 degrees C, fully mixing for 1-2 hours, and then extruding. The ultrasonic processing frequency is in the frequency range of 20-50KHz, and the operating power is 700-1500 W.
