NOVELTY - Anticorrosive coating material comprises 3-12 pts. wt. physically exfoliated graphene powder, 21-54 pts. wt. matrix resin, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 40-70 pts. wt. solvent, where the anticorrosive component in the anticorrosive coating material is a physical exfoliated graphene powder. USE - Used as anticorrosive coating material. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating material with physical exfoliated graphene has excellent physical separation of the graphene is in the conductive performance, can prevent the occurrence of metal substrate anode corrosion reaction, and can plays a role of electrochemical anti-corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the anticorrosive coating material comprising (1) respectively weighing and taking above mentioned raw components, (ii) preparation of matrix resin solution: taking 3-12 pts. wt. matrix resin dissolving in 20-30 pts. wt. solvent, stirring to completely dissolve to obtain the matrix resin solution, (iii) preparing the graphene slurry: taking 21-54 pts. wt. physically exfoliated graphene powder dispersing in 20-40 pts. wt. solvent, ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene slurry, the ultrasonic processing condition includes ultrasonic processing temperature is 30-80 degrees C, the ultrasonic power is 100-800 W, ultrasonically processing time is 1-10 hours; (iv) preparing the conductive coating material obtained in the step (ii) and step (iii) prepared matrix resin solution obtained and graphene slurry for mixing, then adding leveling agent, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. mixed uniformly, dispersing using high speed dispersion machine, dispersing speed is 1000-3000 rotations/minute (rpm), and the dispersing time is 30-90 minutes.
