NOVELTY - A rutile titanium dioxide nanorods graphene oxide composite materials preparing method involves preparing titanium-containing solution by adding tributyl tin in concentrated hydrochloric acid and distilled water and stirring. The titanium-containing solution is added with cetyl trimethylammonium bromide solution and stirred. The mixed solution is incubated and cooled. The precipitate is washed, dried and crushed. The titanium dioxide powder is dispersed in toluene, followed by pouring titanium dioxide dispersions in graphite oxide, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing rutile titanium dioxide nanorods graphene oxide composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing composite materials in simple, safe, easy and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A rutile titanium dioxide nanorods graphene oxide composite materials preparing method involves preparing titanium-containing solution by adding tributyl tin in concentrated hydrochloric acid and distilled water at mass ratio of 0.01-0.8:8-12:15-30 and stirring to obtain titanium-containing solution. The titanium-containing solution is added with cetyl trimethylammonium bromide solution and stirred to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is incubated at 120-180 degrees C for 12-24 hours and cooled to room temperature to obtain a precipitate. The precipitate is washed with distilled water and dried to give titanium dioxide product and crushed to obtain a titanium dioxide powder. The titanium dioxide powder is dispersed in 0.01-0.5/5-10 g/ml toluene to obtain titanium dioxide dispersions, followed by pouring titanium dioxide dispersions in graphite oxide at room temperature for 12-24 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the finished product.
