NOVELTY - Preparing amphoteric ion/graphene composite hydrogel, involves: preparing amino graphene dispersion to obtain graphene oxide, adding 80 g ethylenediamine to 1000 ml of 12 mg/ml oxidized stone graphene in solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion, removing supernatant, washing with water, obtaining amino graphene; performing ultrasonic dispersion to form graphite amino dispersion; preparing zwitterionic/graphene composite hydrogel by mixing ammonia base graphene dispersions, water, zwitterionic monomer, and CuSO4; polymerizing and forming zwitterionic/graphene composite hydrogel. USE - For preparing amphoteric ion/graphene composite hydrogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is simple, and is suitable for industrial production. The zwitterionic/graphene composite hydrogel has initiating and crosslinking center, high machinery strength, good chemical stability, good biocompatibility and good biological adhesive property, and is wide in biological medical field application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing amphoteric ion/graphene composite hydrogel, involves: preparing amino graphene dispersion to obtain graphene oxide, adding 80 g ethylenediamine to 1000 ml of 12 mg/ml oxidized stone graphene in solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 10 minutes at 80 degrees C under reflux for 32 hours, removing supernatant, washing with water until neutral, drying at 60 degrees C, obtaining amino graphene; performing ultrasonic dispersion of amino graphene into pure water to form uniform dispersion, where the concentration is 20 mg/ml graphite amino dispersion; preparing zwitterionic/graphene composite hydrogel by mixing ammonia base graphene dispersions, water, zwitterionic monomer, CuSO4, etc.; forming a homogeneous precursor solution, and then polymerizing at 0-90 degrees C for 5 minutes to 48 hours, forming zwitterionic/graphene composite hydrogel; and flooding the precursor solution comprising 30 wt.% amino graphite alkenyl dispersion, 5-40 wt.% zwitterionic monomer, 40-90 wt.% water, and 0.0001-2 wt.% CuSO4.
