▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high density polyethylene modified by 3D printing of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber, comprises (i) modification of graphene oxide; (ii) preparing load modified graphene powder styrene butadiene rubber; and (iii) taking polyethylene and modified high-density polyethylene powder styrene-butadiene rubber as main material, adding dispersant, high-speed mixing, adding modified high-density polyethylene powder styrene-butadiene rubber, adding compatibilizer and antioxidant, high-speed mixing, adding mixture to a twin-screw extruder, reacting, extruding, cooling, and granulating. USE - The method is useful for preparing high density polyethylene modified by 3D printing of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high density polyethylene modified by 3D printing of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber, comprises (i) modification of graphene oxide: taking 50-100 mg graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersed in 10-80 ml sodium hydroxide solution having a concentration of 0.04-0.06 mol/l, the obtained oxidized graphene solution is added to 50-150 ml chitosan aqueous solution having a concentration of 4-6 mg/ml, reaction is continued for 1.5-4 hours at room temperature , and adding the mixture of chitosan-graphene mixture to pH 7-10, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting at room temperature for 20-50 minutes, refluxing for 2-3 hours, where the ratio of hydrazine hydrate to graphene oxide is 2-6:1; (ii) preparing load modified graphene powder styrene butadiene rubber: chitosan-modified graphene obtained in step (i) was dispersed in a mixer at a mass ratio of 5-10:100 to obtain a modified graphene suspension, adding 200-300 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber and 300-500 pts. wt. deionized water dispersed in a mixer, and adding 2-6 pts. wt. modified graphene suspension with 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, treated at room temperature for 5-15 minutes, and then washed, filtered and vacuum dried; and (iii) taking 100 pts. wt. polyethylene and 3-15 pts. wt. modified high-density polyethylene powder styrene-butadiene rubber as main material, adding 0.3-1% dispersant with polyethylene and main material to carry out high-speed mixing for 10-20 minutes, adding modified high-density polyethylene powder styrene-butadiene rubber, adding 0.15-0.30% compatibilizer and 0.1-0.3% antioxidant, high-speed mixing for 5-15 minutes, adding obtained mixture into a twin-screw extruder, reacting at 180-210 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, extruding, cooling, and granulating.
