NOVELTY - Preparing graphene thin film field transmitting material, comprises: (a) preparing the graphene solution with electric charge: dispersing the graphene and the metallic cation inorganic salt which provides the electric charge in the organic solvent with low polarity by an ultrasonic method; or dispersing the graphene in the aqueous solution of ionic surface-active agent directly to prepare the stable graphene solution with electric charge; and (b) preparing the graphene thin film in electrophoretic deposition. USE - The process is useful for preparing graphene thin film field transmitting material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process has simple operation, low cost, and good controllability. Moreover, the prepared transmitting field material is even and compact. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene thin film field transmitting material, comprises: (a) preparing the graphene solution with electric charge: dispersing the graphene and the metallic cation inorganic salt which provides the electric charge in the organic solvent with low polarity by an ultrasonic method; or dispersing the graphene in the aqueous solution of ionic surface-active agent directly to prepare the stable graphene solution with electric charge; and (b) preparing the graphene thin film in electrophoretic deposition: depositing the graphene with the electric charge on the conductive base plate sequentially by the additional electric field by an electrophoretic deposition method to obtain the graphene thin film.
