▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Seaweed cellulose based paper supercapacitor comprises α cellulose extracted from marine green seaweed Chaetomorpha antenninawhich is deposited with reduced graphene oxide and zinc oxide. USE - Used as seaweed cellulose based paper supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The paper supercapacitor: has crystalline index 70-80%; has tensile strength 5-10 MPa; is non-woven; exhibits total mass loss in thermogravimetric analysis 25-35% at 120-320° C and 50-60% at 320-720° C; have capacitance of 37.5 F/g and consistent stability up to 5000 cycles; is prepared in simple and economical manner; is lightweight, environmentally friendly, and have excellent super capacitive behavior; and have high thermal stability and high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing seaweed cellulose based paper supercapacitor comprising (a) collecting seaweed Chaetomorpha antenninaand washing with tap water to remove salts and other contaminants, (b) washing above step (a) seaweed Chaetomorpha antenninawith distilled water and drying in the oven at 50° C, (c) pulverizing step (b) seaweed Chaetomorpha antenninausing mortar and pestle to obtain powdered seaweed, (d) mixing step (c) powder with bleaching agent i.e. sodium oxychloride and sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.5) at 60° C for 3 hour and washing with deionized water till it become neutral by using centrifugation, (e) adding 0.5 M sodium hydroxide to step (d) biomass and drying in oven at 60° C for overnight and further washing with deionized water till it become neutral, (f) adding 5% hydrochloride to step (e) biomass and followed by heating until boiling, (g) allowing step (f) mixture in room temperature for overnight and washing with deionized water till it become neutral and drying it to get α cellulose, (h) processing resultant water added cellulose from step (g) with ultrasonication (40 second pulsing 70% amplitude for 20 minute) treatment to break its cell wall and drying it, (i) mixing zinc chloride, sodium carbonate with water and stirring for 1 hour, (j) adding seaweed cellulose from step (h), graphene oxide powder with water to step (i) mixture and stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, (k) transferring step (k) mixture to 150 ml Teflon(RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) lined autoclave (Hydrothermal reactor) and put it into oven at 130° C for 17 hours (l) cooling step (k) mixture at room temperature, (m) filtering biomass of step (l) through the nylon filter membrane under vacuum filtration process to obtain solid residue, and (n) pressing the prepared solid residue in step (m) to obtain handmade seaweed cellulose based paper supercapacitor and further drying at 50° C.
