NOVELTY - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon microsphere graphene composite aerogel lithium imprinting membrane, involves (i) preparing working electrode (a) dissolving nitrogen-doped carbon microsphere graphene composite aerogel, polytetrafluoroethylene and acetylene black in nitrogen methylpyrrolidone, and ultrasonically treating to form uniform slurry, (b) applying the slurry evenly on both sides of carbon cloth, and (c) arranging the slurry-coated carbon in a vacuum oven to dry to obtain working electrode, and (ii) (d) dissolving graphene oxide, pyrrole monomer, potassium chloride, potassium perchlorate, benzo-12-crown-4 ether in deionized water, and ultrasonically treating to form homogeneous electrolyte, (e) immersing the working electrode in electrolyte, using platinum sheet and saturated calomel as counter electrode and reference electrode, (f) after reacting, washing working electrode with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, and (g) drying working electrode in vacuum oven. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon microsphere graphene composite aerogel lithium imprinting membrane for lithium extraction in acidic system. ADVANTAGE - The method reaches adsorption equilibrium within 2 hours, improves adsorption capacity up to 41.05 mg/g with initial value of 91.5% which can be maintained after 10 cycles of adsorption, and solve the problem of the weakening of lithium ion capture ability caused by the protonation of oxygen atoms on the crown ether ring in the acid system of the crown ether. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon microsphere graphene composite aerogel lithium imprinting membrane, involves (i) preparing a working electrode (a) dissolving nitrogen-doped carbon microsphere graphene composite aerogel, polytetrafluoroethylene and acetylene black in nitrogen methylpyrrolidone, and ultrasonically treating to form a uniform slurry, (b) applying the slurry evenly on both sides of carbon cloth, and (c) arranging the slurry-coated carbon in a vacuum oven to dry to obtain a working electrode, and (ii) (d) dissolving graphene oxide, pyrrole monomer, potassium chloride, potassium perchlorate, benzo-12-crown-4 ether in deionized water, and ultrasonically treating to form a homogeneous electrolyte, (e) immersing the working electrode in electrolyte, using a platinum sheet and saturated calomel as counter electrode and reference electrode respectively, and setting pulse potential at 0.8 V, where the on time and the off time are 0.1 second and 0.5 second, and the number of pulses is 3000, (f) after reacting, sequentially washing the working electrode with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, and (g) drying the cleaned working electrode in vacuum oven to obtain the product.
