▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum oxide coating doped with graphene nano-sheets involves forming nano-alumina composite powder and doping with graphene nano-sheets for plasma spraying. The composite powder is prepared by using graphene nano flakes and alumina powder through ball mill ball mill for 4 hours t promote its uniform mixing. The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution is added to granulate to make the nano alumina powder wrap on the surface of the graphene nanosheets, and finally composite powder is obtained with good fluidity. The substrate is degreased and decontaminated before spraying, and surface sandblasting pretreatment is performed after drying. The powder prepared is melted by plasma spray gun with a model of 9MB and then deposited in batches on the substrate treated to obtain alumina coating doped with graphene nanosheets. The substrate is mounted on plate-shaped fixture and fixed on rotating worktable. USE - Method for preparing aluminum oxide coating doped with graphene nano-sheets. ADVANTAGE - The method has low porosity, high bonding strength, improves wear-resistant and corrosion-proof performance of the metal substrate, and service life of the surface coating under severe working condition.
