▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device comprises first two-dimensional material having a nanoscale thickness and a first wavelength-dependent transmittance over the wavelength band; second two-dimensional material having a nanoscale thickness and a second wavelength-dependent transmittance over the wavelength band; one or more detectors suitable for detecting electromagnetic radiation over the wavelength band. The device is configured to allow the electromagnetic radiation to penetrate the first two-dimensional material and illuminate one of one or more detectors, where the detector provides first electrical signal, and allow electromagnetic radiation to penetrate second two-dimensional material and illuminate one or more detectors. The detector also provides a second electrical signal. The device also comprises processor and memory comprising instructions for identifying wavelength of electromagnetic radiation using first and second electrical signals. USE - Device for used in array of devices incorporated into machine, robot, drone, color analysis device, self-driving vehicle, image recognition system, telescope, microscope, satellite, security system, spectrometer, detector, or artificial eye for identifying wavelength of electromagnetic radiation within wavelength band (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device allows machines to detect and compare colors of objects in an environment quickly, inexpensively, and with high accuracy. The device utilizes wavelength dependence of the transmittance of 2D materials to accurately identify the wavelength of an incoming electromagnetic radiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of identifying a wavelength of an electromagnetic radiation within a wavelength band.
