▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Material comprises reduced graphene oxide, where the degree of reduction of the graphene oxide exhibits a spatial variation so that the material exhibits a gradient in the electric conductivity and/or permittivity. USE - The material is useful in electric device including microelectronics component, cable accessory, power cable, bushing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material avoids electric breakdown in electric devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) an electric device comprising the material; (2) an electrically insulating device comprising an element made from the material, where the element forms at least part of the surface of the device in order to facilitate for electrical charges to leave the device, with a high conductivity/permittivity surface of the element facing the outside of the device; and (3) producing a material for electrical applications, comprising treating different parts of the graphene oxide element differently, to achieve a different degree of reduction of the graphene oxide within the element, resulting in an element having a gradient in the electrical conductivity and/or permittivity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of gradient material. Composite (500) Polymer matrix (505) Filler particles (510)
