NOVELTY - A carbon nanotubes/graphene composite gel contains carbon nanotubes that are inserted on the graphene gel, to constitute the three-dimensional porous structure. USE - Carbon nanotubes/graphene composite gel for supercapacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode material has high conductivity, and supercapacitor has increased capacity ratio and power density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of carbon nanotubes/graphene composite gel, which involves (1) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain aqueous solution of graphene oxide, (2) uniformly dispersing carbon nanotubes in water to form carbon nanotubes dispersion liquid, mixing carbon nanotubes dispersion liquid with aqueous solution of graphene oxide, uniformly dispersing carbon nanotubes in mixed solution to obtain carbon nanotubes/graphene oxide dispersion, (3) heat treating carbon nanotubes/graphite oxide dispersion to form carbon nanotubes/graphene oxide composite gel, (4) reducing carbon nanotubes/graphene oxide composite gel, washing, and drying; and (2) application of carbon nanotubes/graphene composite gel in electrode material.
