NOVELTY - Manufacturing starch-based degradable plastics with good heat resistance, comprises (i) taking plant starch, vinyl acetate and nano graphene oxide into a large beaker, adding distilled water of three times volume, (ii) using potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide to adjusting the pH value, continuously ultrasonically stirring, (iii)using the aldol reaction this experiment to preparing a modified cross linking agent, evaporating and concentrating, cooling and crystallizing, filtering, washing, and drying and collecting, (iv) adding formaldehyde, glyoxal, glutaraldehyde, (v) placing the sample to activate the reaction between urea or dicyandiamide and aldehyde cross-linking agent and enhancing heat resistance of plastics, (vi) taking the drying sample, (vii) dispersing continuously and uniformly mixing the dispersed sample, (viii) placing the sample carefully into a molding covered with aluminum foil hot pressing molding and placing into molding sample. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing starch-based degradable plastics with good heat resistance. ADVANTAGE - The method has introduces the two dimensional nano-particle graphene oxide improves the mechanical property of the plastic and the production cost of is low, good heat resistance of starch-based degradable plastic has important meaning for promoting social progress. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing starch-based degradable plastics with good heat resistance, comprises (i) taking plant starch, vinyl acetate and nano graphene oxide into a large beaker in a mass ratio of 100:1: 0.5, adding distilled water of three times volume, adding 1 % of urea or dicyanodiamine and ultrasonically stirring for 5- 8h, (ii) using 1 mol/l of potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide to adjusting the pH value of preparing solution to 11-13, continuously ultrasonically stirring for 5-8 minutes and placing it in 60-80℃ water bath stirring for 20 minutes, (iii)using the aldol reaction this experiment to preparing a modified cross-linking agent. The mass ratio of acetaldehyde, pyrophosphoric acid (VO)2P2O7 and niobic acid is adding the ratio of 3:5:2 to round bottom flask, adding a tetrahydrofuran, heat at 50-180℃, using a soxhlet extractor, condensing and refluxing for 5-8 hours, evaporating and concentrating, cooling and crystallizing, filtering, washing, and drying and collecting to obtain trans-2-butenal, (iv) adding formaldehyde, glyoxal, glutaraldehyde, and trans-2-butenal with a mass ratio of 1:1:1:1 to the solution and continuing stirring for 20-30minutes and the reaction solution is taking out, pouring into many large watch glasses and drying in an oven at 60-80℃ for 5-8 hours, (v) placing the sample under the ultraviolet light for 20-60 minutes to activate the reaction between urea or dicyandiamide and aldehyde cross-linking agent, the macromolecules long chains can glued together more stably and enhancing heat resistance of plastics, (vi) taking the drying sample, adding ethylene glycol and glycerol at a mass ratio of 1:2 and stirring at high speed for 5 minutes, (vii) dispersing continuously and uniformly mixing the dispersed sample on the three-roller machine, the discharging port roller gap is 0.5-1mm and storing the prepared sample in the glass drier filled with silicone gel drying agent and storing for 10-20 hours, (viii) placing the sample carefully into a molding covered with aluminum foil on one side, and paste a layer of aluminum foil on the other side and placing into a hot pressing molding, and waiting for the temperature of the hot pressing machine reaching at 130-150℃, adjust the pressure to 25 MPa, placing into the molding sample, and pressing for 10 minutes, the mold cooling down, taking out carefully to obtain starch-based plastic molding by pressing mold.
