NOVELTY - Graphene conductive insole material comprises 30-38 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 20-24 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), 2-5 pts. wt. graphene powder, 2-4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-8 pts. wt. surfactant, 9-12 pts. wt. filler, 5-8 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3-5 pts. wt. blowing agent, and 0.2-2 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - The graphene conductive insole material is useful in a shoe, and healthcare insole with healthcare function, deodorizing antibacterial insole, waterproof insole and heightening insole. ADVANTAGE - The conductive insole material has good conductivity and antibacterial effect, and has high rebound resilience, flexibility and impact resistance, and improved strength and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for preparing graphene conductive insole material comprises (a) placing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, EVA, silane coupling agent into the stirrer, stirring and mixing uniformly, mixing the surfactant, filling agent, graphene powder, crosslinking agent, foaming agent, catalyst into the stirrer, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain uniform mixture, and (b) adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder, extruding and granulating.
