NOVELTY - The fender has a graphene electro thermal film attached on an outer side, where the graphene electro-thermal film is made of an aqueous graphene ink. A raw material oil of the graphene electro- thermal film are composed of two parts of graphene, vinyl chloride- acetate resin and thirty parts of a data base engine, where an electrifying voltage of the graphene electro-thermal film is 4V to 12V. An electrifying position of the fender body is located at a bearing. USE - Automobile fender for a car. ADVANTAGE - The fender avoids the winter snow retention for a long time in the automobile tire surface and grain, prevents snow and repeated contact with the car tire surface and grain friction, so that the vehicle running is high safety. The fender has simple manufacture, long service lifetime and strong practical value on the splashboard.
