NOVELTY - The electrode (10) has an electrode body provided with a loop electrode, where length direction of the loop electrode is formed with a conduction channel. A handle (20) is connected with an end of the loop electrode. A ceramic fixing end is connected with an end of the loop electrode far away from the handle. An end of the ceramic fixing end far away from the loop electrode is provided a needle electrode (40). A surface of the needle electrode is coated with a carbon/silicon carbine nano network structure film. A physiological saline suction port (70) is fixed with the needle electrode. USE - Film protective layer integrated plasma ablation surgery electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high density graphene to form a conductive network, and increases withstand voltage and enhances discharge stability so as to effectively reduce plasma temperature and heat damage, small amount of nano silicon carbide particle dispersion reinforcing hardness adhesiveness and corrosion resistance, thus effectively reducing working temperature of the electrode, heat damage depth, and hence improving safety and high efficiency of ablation surgery.
