NOVELTY - Collagen/graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol complex sponge prepared by adding preset amount of OP-10, sodium bicarbonate, formaldehyde and hydrochloric acid to the polyvinyl alcohol/graphene oxide solution at a preset temperature, stirring and mixing at a constant temperature, then lowering the constant temperature of the mixing system, then adding the collagen solution, continue stirring and mixing, and finally freezing-drying to obtain a Collagen/graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol complex sponge. USE - Vacuum pressure drainage collagen/graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol complex sponge used in medical device for wound local blood circulation, promoting granulation tissue growth effect. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a simple process, reliable implementation, good biocompatibility and strong material durability under the water environment of vacuum pressure drainage collagen/graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol complex sponge. Graphene oxide added in the solution improves the mechanical property of the sponge network by using micro-nano particles, at the same time, the light heat effect of GO is sponge providing near-infrared light response antibacterial property. The solution adopts low temperature foaming, liquid nitrogen directional quick-freezing, freezing and drying technology combination: foaming at low temperature, preventing collagen molecule from denaturation at high temperature; quickly using liquid nitrogen for directional quick freezing after foaming; not only quickly fixing the foam, and avoiding defoaming phenomenon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing collagen/grapheme oxide/polyvinyl alcohol complex sponge comprising dissolving the polyvinyl alcohol in the deionized water, the mass concentration is 50-150 mg/ml to obtain the polyvinyl alcohol solution, and then adding oxidized graphene to the polyvinyl alcohol solution to make the mass concentration of the oxidized graphene 0.03-0.15 % in the system to obtain polyvinyl alcohol/oxidized graphene solution, uniformly mixing, then sequentially adding 0.5-2 ml OP-10 as emulsifying agent, 1.5-5.5 ml formaldehyde, 0.75-2 g sodium bicarbonate, stirring and dissolving at a rotating speed of 500-1500 revolution/minute, stirring for preset time, adding hydrochloric acid solution to adjust the pH value of the mixed system to 3.8-5.8, then continuously stirring to the mixed system foaming volume reaches the preset degree, then adding 20-80 mg/ml collagen solution to the mixed system, the mass ratio of the collagen in the mixture of collagen and polyvinyl alcohol is 10-50 %, continuously stirring for 5-15 minutes, pouring the prepared solution into the mold, using liquid nitrogen directional freezing device for freezing for 10-20 minutes, placing the sample into -50 to -79℃ of low temperature refrigerator for further freezing for 10-30 minutes, and using freeze drier at -50℃ cold drying to obtain collagen/grapheme oxide/polyvinyl alcohol complex sponge; (2) vacuum pressure drainage collagen/grapheme oxide/polyvinyl alcohol complex sponge prepared by above-mentioned method; and (3) medical foam material comprising vacuum pressure drainage collagen/grapheme oxide/polyvinyl alcohol complex sponge.
