NOVELTY - The circuit has a signal subtracting unit (1) provided with a graphene photosensitive image element (11) and a zero resistor. A first end of the zero resistor is electrically connected with an adjustable power supply. A second end of the zero resistor is electrically connected with an integral unit (2). The second end of the zero resistor is electrically connected with the graphene photosensitive image element that is connected with a graphite photosensitive part. The graphene photosensitive image element is connected to a ground. An integrating unit integrates input signal current and converts a current signal into a voltage signal. USE - Integrating circuit for a graphene near infrared detector. ADVANTAGE - The circuit has simple configuration. The on-sheet integration of the circuit can be easily realized, and resistance value of light caused by graphene device is changed into a current difference value, and the output current difference value is integrated, illumination signal is sensed, and signal subtracting unit structure is utilized.
