NOVELTY - Graphite crucible comprises crucible body and a crucible cover, the crucible body comprises a bottom and a side part, the inner wall of the side part is provided with a supporting platform, the supporting platform is used for horizontally placing the crucible cover, a groove is arranged between the supporting platform and the inner wall and the crucible cover comprises an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole. USE - The crucible is useful for crucible package for growing graphene powder and manufacturing integrated circuit. ADVANTAGE - The crucible prevents the graphite liquid in the crucible from splashing to the furnace cavity the graphite platform in the crucible is located in the heating system, realizes crucible cover and the supporting platform combined surface of the graphite of the crucible is located in the high temperature heating area, and avoids the copper liquid at the joint position condensed and gathered.
