NOVELTY - The method comprises: obtaining Bacillus mucilaginosus strain, and packing; dropping GR-PTCA (graphene-perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid nano-composite material) dispersion on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface, drying; dropping N-hydroxysuccinimide/ 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (NHS/EDC) activating liquid to GR-PTCA modified electrode surface, culturing, washing un-adsorbed NHS/EDC activation solution on the electrode surface, dripping Bacillus mucilaginous to the electrode surface activated by NHS/EDC; culturing, washing the un-adsorbed Bacillus mucilaginous on the surface of the electrode; dropping ethanolamine on the surface of the electrode, culturing at normal temperature; dropping amine-functionalized graphene oxide/gold (NH2-GO/Au) to the modified electrode surface, culturing, washing off unadsorbed NH2-GO/Au on the electrode surface; and placing modified electrode into the detection liquid, scanning and detecting. USE - Detecting Bacillus mucilaginosus based on electrochemiluminescence. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, increases the sensitivity of detection, is suitable for detecting other bacteria at the same time. The method invention uses hydrogen peroxide to destroy the internal structure of AuNCs, causing ECL signal quenching, so as to cause signal reduction, for detecting Bacillus mucilaginosus. The method is low in toxicity, environmentally friendly, and high in adjustability.
