NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion and anti-sticking paint comprises 40-60 pts. wt. metal oxide sol, 2-4 pts. wt. fluorine-doped graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. nano ceramic powder, 6-8 pts. wt. anti-corrosion filler, 3-6 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 4-7 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 40-60 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The anti-corrosion and anti-sticking paint is useful for waste incinerator grate sheets (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pain has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-sticking effect for the furnace grate rubbish, and is capable of quickly hydrolyzing and cross-linking to form three-dimensional oxidation structure at low temperature, which gives high temperature resistance and mechanical strength of the paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. preparing anti-corrosion and anti-sticking paint comprising (i) taking fluorine-doped graphene, nano-ceramic powder, and anti-corrosion filler, adding to the solvent, and mixing them evenly, adding silane coupling agent dropwise and continuesly stirring evenly at a rotation speed of 500-800revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes, and (ii)adding metal oxide sol, compatibilizer and auxiliary agent to the mixture of step (i), mixing and stirring evenly, grinding until the fineness reaches less than 15 µm to obtain final product. 2. use of anti-corrosion and anti-sticking paint for waste incinerator grate sheets, comprising spraying anti-corrosion and anti-sticking paint on the grate sheet of the garbage incinerator by a cold spray process, and the thickness of the anti-corrosion and anti-sticking paint is 0.5-1 m.
