NOVELTY - A metal foil is heated, and size of grains is increased. The foil is supplied to a target substrate, and a carbon fuel is supplied on the foil. The fuel, substrate and foil are heated. The carbon atoms generated by pyrolysis are diffused into metal foil. Graphene is formed on target substrate by diffusion of carbon atoms. Thus, graphene is prepared. USE - Preparation of graphene for transparent electrode, active layer, display device, electronic device, photovoltaic device, battery and dye-sensitized solar cell.
