▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide acrylic emulsion thin film comprises graphene oxide sheets, which are staggered to form graphene oxide sheets three-dimensional network, where the graphene oxide sheets are distributed throughout the film. USE - The graphene oxide acrylic emulsion is useful for aqueous coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thin film: has special structure; can uniformly and orderly stagger graphene oxide; can form three-dimensional network of interwoven graphene oxide sheets; has high anti-corrosion and conductivity; and can lay a solid foundation for the subsequent better improvement of the performance of aqueous coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene oxide acrylic emulsion comprising 0-20 pts. wt. styrene, 0.1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking monomer, 10-40 pts. wt. acrylic polymerization monomer, 5-15 pts. wt. protective glue, 0.1-5 pts. wt. initiator, 0.1-5 pts. wt. emulsifying agent, and 40-70 pts. wt. aqueous graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (2) preparing the graphene oxide acrylic emulsion comprising (a) premixing styrene, crosslinking monomer and acrylic polymerization monomer to obtain mixture A, heating aqueous graphene oxide dispersion, then adding protective glue and emulsifying agent, and mixing to obtain mixture B, and (b) slowly adding mixture A and initiator to the mixture B, and reacting to obtain graphene oxide acrylic emulsion; and (3) aqueous coating comprising 0-20 pts. wt. water, 30-70 pts. wt. graphene oxide acrylic emulsion, 10-50 pts. wt. aqueous color slurry, and 2.2-22 pts. wt. auxiliary agent.
