▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The filter has a substrate formed with a graphene array structure layer. The graphene array structure layer is provided with graphene particles and an air slit composite structure. The graphene particles are arranged on the air slit composite structure for generating strong electromagnetic resonance effect. A space separation structure generates electromagnetic resonance coupling so as to realize a multi-band absorption-type optical filtering process. The graphene particles are formed with a tetragonal lattice. USE - Graphene array structure based symmetry-breaking multi-band absorption-type filter. ADVANTAGE - The filter is easy to integrate, and has simple structure, and controls infrared wave band spectrum range.
