NOVELTY - Nano oxide reinforced graphene anticorrosive paint comprises component A and a component B. The component A comprises 40-60 pts. wt. high molecular polymer, 3-9 pts. wt. modified graphene-based filler aqueous solution, 0.4-1 pts. wt. nano oxide and 2-5 pts. wt. deionized water. The component B comprises 20-40 pts. wt. non-ionic self-emulsifying curing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. defoaming agent and 1-3 pts. wt. cosolvent. The modified graphene-based filler aqueous solution is prepared by dispersing graphene powder in deionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-30 minutes to obtain 10-20 wt.% graphene suspension, adding polyvinyl alcohol accounting for 1 wt.% of the mass of the graphene suspension, and performing ultrasonic stirring for 20-30 minutes for modification to obtain the modified graphene-based filler aqueous solution. USE - Nano oxide reinforced graphene anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The nano oxide with specific size and content and the doping of the graphene-based filler have a synergistic effect with the dispersant, so that the dispersibility of the graphene is improved, the propagation path of oxygen and water molecules in the paint is blocked or increased, and the anticorrosion effect of the paint is enhanced.
