▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermally-conductive graphene-containing composite material is formed by uniformly distributing thermally-conductive filler in matrix of organic high-molecular material. The thermally conductive filler comprises graphene and large-diameter thermally-conductive material. The organic high-molecular material comprises organic high-molecular elastic material. The content of filler is 50-90 wt.% in composite material. USE - Thermally-conductive graphene-containing composite material is used for thermally-conductive interface material, thermally-conductive and electroconductive high-molecular material and electromagnetic shielding material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally-conductive graphene-containing composite material with excellent elasticity and compressibility is prepared by simple method. The thermally-conductive graphene-containing composite material is filled in hot interface gap. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermally-conductive graphene-containing composite material, which involves mixing thermally-conductive conductive filler, organic polymer material and curing agent such that the filler in organic polymer material is evenly dispersed, to obtain mixed material, extruding mixed material using twin roll mill, heating and curing extruded material.
