NOVELTY - Detecting nucleic acid probe comprises (a) preparing graphene oxide, (b) preparing nucleic acid probe marked by fluorophore, and detecting, identifying and/or quantifying the sample, (c) mixing the graphene oxide with the nucleic acid probe marked by fluorophore, and (d) separating the above mixed product and detecting the total fluorescence of the separated product. USE - The method is useful for detecting nucleic acid probe. The kit is useful for preparing an article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nucleic acid probe can be detected in a cost-effective manner.
