▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing conductive fabric comprises (i) adding tert-butyl peroxybenzoate initiator into styrene and isooctyl acrylate comonomer, then adding conductive functional particles and dispersant sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, mixing the system uniformly and then polymerizing to obtain conductive composite microsphere ; (ii) drying the composite microsphere prepared in step (i) and then melting and blending and extruding with polyethylene glycol terephthalate chemical fiber slice into an extruder, and obtaining conductive composite fiber; and (iii) adding the conductive composite fiber in the step (ii) into the solvent for etching to obtain the conductive micro-fiber liquid after etching, after ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, and coating on the fabric to obtain conductive fabric with excellent performance. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive fabric useful for film coating, and preparation and production of conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains conductive fabric with excellent performance, and is simple and implementation is easy, and has good market application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a conductive fabric is prepared by above mentioned method.
