NOVELTY - Temperature-resistant and salt-resistant shape memory material particle system comprises polyethylene glycol diacrylate, methyl methacrylate, initiator and graphene, where the mass ratio of each component is 0.03-0.35:1:0.005-0.05: 0.005 -0.01.1. USE - Temperature-resistant and salt-resistant shape memory material particle system for use in oil-gas field water shutoff system. ADVANTAGE - The temperature-resistant and salt-resistant shape memory material particle system has improved shape memory, high molecular material, recovers the original shape in the formation, and is applied to crack type oil reservoir block. It has high thermal transition temperature, good mechanical property and good shape memory performance, and can be used in carbonate rock high temperature reservoir environment. The deformation memory performance and tensile strength of the material at high temperature are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the temperature-resistant and salt-resistant shape memory material particle system preparation method, which involves: a. adding polyethylene glycol diacrylate into methyl methacrylate stirring and mixing uniformly; b. adding the initiator to the mixed solution, mixing uniformly; c. adding the graphene into the mixed solution ultrasonically dispersing to graphene uniformly to obtain the reaction system; d. solidifying the system for 4-12 hours at 55-90 degrees Celsius to obtain the modified graphene composite material; e. cutting the obtained PMMA composite material into particle system with needed grain diameter.
