NOVELTY - High-strength composition yarn comprises a polyester component and graphene component. The polyester component is a high-viscosity polyethylene terephthalate chip and graphene component comprises 55-60 wt.% graphene powder, 18-24 wt.% acrylonitrile butadiene styrene compatibilizer and 20-25 wt.% silane coupling agent. USE - Used as high-strength composition yarn. ADVANTAGE - The yarn has anti-static and heat-insulating property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of high-strength composition yarn, comprising (i) introducing high-viscosity polyethylene terephthalate chips into a screw machine for melting to obtain melt A and introducing graphene composition into a screw machine and melting to obtain a melt B; (ii) taking 75-85 wt.% melt A and15-25 wt.% melt B, introducing into the spinning box sheath core composition spinning and cooling to obtain core of polyester fiber and skin layer is composition graphene layer; and (iii) feeding composition wire into a hot roller assembly for carrying out draft shaping treatment.
