▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing artificial bone material, involves (a) using components (in %mass): graphene oxide (4.5-20), acrylic acid (4.5-30), methyl (meth)acrylate (50-90), catalyst (0.5-1.5), and initiator (0.5-1.5), (b) dispersing graphene oxide (5-20) in acrylic acid (5-30) and adding dispersed mixture to reactor, (c) adding pyridine (0.5-1.5) as catalyst, (d) adding the methyl (meth)acrylate to esterification product and heating mixture, and (e) adding initiator for performing addition polymerization and cooling polymerized product to obtain gray colored solid product. USE - The method is useful for preparing artificial bone material for medical use (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple reaction processes and low production cost. The usage of the graphene significantly enhances strength of the artificial bone material and also inhibits growth of bacteria on the bone material, hence compatibility of the artificial bone material with respect to human biological tissues is not affected. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method of preparing artificial bone material, involves (a) using components (in %mass): graphene oxide (4.5-20), acrylic acid (4.5-30) obtained after acyl chlorination reaction, methyl (meth)acrylate (50-90), catalyst (0.5-1.5), and initiator (0.5-1.5), (b) dispersing the graphene oxide (5-20) in acrylic acid (5-30) and adding dispersed mixture to reactor, (c) adding pyridine (0.5-1.5) as catalyst, and performing reaction at 70-100 degrees C under protection of nitrogen atmosphere for 3-5 hours to obtain esterification product, (d) adding the methyl (meth)acrylate to the esterification product and heating mixture to 100-200 degrees C, and (e) adding initiator for performing addition polymerization for 5-10 hours and cooling polymerized product to room temperature to obtain gray colored solid product, where sum of all the above-mentioned components is 100 %mass, and graphene oxide is obtained by Hummer's oxidation method using pure graphite flake, as raw material, the initiator is cyclohexanone peroxide or methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP), and the components chosen from acrylic acid, methyl (meth)acrylate, pyridine, cyclohexanone peroxide and MEKP are analytical reagents.
