NOVELTY - The material has a hyper-surface placed on a layer of the single- layer graphene. An end of the voltage device is connected with the single-layer graphene. A pixel unit of hyper-surface is formed with a gradient phase structures, where the gradient phase structure encodes different target images using different frequencies and the pixel unit is a hyper-surface sub-wavelength magnitude. The pixel unit is fixed with a strip-shaped structure, a mouth-shaped structure and a U-shaped structure. USE - Graphene-based dynamic tunable optical holographic design material. ADVANTAGE - The material is convenient and practical, fills the blank in the field of hologram tunable optical holography, and has sub-wavelength level and compact structure, and realizes the miniaturization and integration of the optical device.
