NOVELTY - Polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate alloy material is made of 35-70 pts. wt. waste polyethylene terephthalate, 15-20 pts. wt. waste low-density polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted low-density polyethylene, 5-15 pts. wt. glass fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene grafted polyethyleneimine modified graphene, 0.5-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.5-3 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.1-1 pt. wt. coupling agent. USE - As polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The alloy material uses waste polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene as matrix materials, improves the compatibility of polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, and glass fiber by introducing maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, and polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride grafted polyethyleneimine modified graphene oxide, and adds glass fiber to increase the strength of the alloy and reduce phase separation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the alloy material, involving (a) preparing a sufficient amount of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene grafted polyethyleneimine modified graphene, (b) taking 35-70 pts. wt. waste polyethylene terephthalate, 15-20 pts. wt. waste low-density polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted low-density polyethylene, 5-15 pts. wt. glass fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene grafted polyethyleneimine modified graphene, 0.5-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.5-3 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.1-1 pt. wt. coupling agent, (c) putting the raw materials taken in step (b) into a stirrer for stirring and mixing, and evenly mixing to obtain a mixture, and (d) putting the mixture obtained in step (c) into a twin-screw extruder, and melting and extruding to obtain alloy materials.
