▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing semi-non-combustible insulating material comprises (a) primary foaming expanded polystyrene (EPS) powder into granules to prepare raw material, (b) mixing the EPS powder with additive containing graphene oxide for primary coating, (c) drying and aging, (d) compressing using steam, (e) secondary coating using steam, and (f) forming and drying. The additive is mixed with water, graphene oxide, and flame retardant in predetermined blending ratio. USE - The method is useful for producing semi-non-combustible insulating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The semi-non-combustible insulating material has excellent flame retardancy by using predetermined amount of graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for semi-non-combustible insulating material produced by the above method.
