NOVELTY - A carbon nanotube graphene substrate comprises fiber. A coating comprising carbon nanotube solution and carbon nanotube graphene solution in the molar ratio of 1:1 is coated on the surface of substrate. USE - carbon nanotube graphene substrate is used for manufacturing transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The transparent electrode provided using carbon nanotube graphene substrate has excellent thermal conductivity and flexibility and high electric current density.
