NOVELTY - Fluorocarbon semi-ionic bond-containing fluorinated graphene is prepared by fluorinating graphene such that the ratio of semi-ionic fluorocarbon bond content with respect to fluorine content in fluorinated graphene bulk phase is 21-35%. USE - Fluorocarbon semi-ionic bond-containing fluorinated graphene used for lithium battery anode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium battery anode material using fluorocarbon semi-ionic bond-containing fluorinated graphene has specific energy of more than 1000 Wh/kg and specific power of more than 21000 W/kg. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of fluorocarbon semi-ionic bond-containing fluorinated graphene, which involves placing graphene raw material in fluorination equipment, introducing fluorinated gas, maintaining the pressure at 90-120 kPa, and reacting at 350-500 degrees C for 8-16 hours; and (2) lithium battery anode material, which comprises fluorocarbon semi-ionic bond-containing fluorinated graphene.
