NOVELTY - Low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable material comprises 100 pts. wt. matrix resin, 50-80 pts. wt. modified aluminum hydroxide, 50-80 pts. wt. nano-magnesium hydroxides, 10-35 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 1-3 pts. wt. molybdenum trioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.4-1.8 pts. wt. silicone masterbatch, 1-10 pts. wt. nanofiber clay, 5-7 pts. wt. nano graphene powder and 0.5-2.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the matrix resin comprises low-density polyethylene, polyolefin elastomer and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin in a mass ratio of 1-4:1-2:1. USE - The low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable material is useful in a safety cable product and a building device. ADVANTAGE - The cable material ensures the cable material insulating performance and mechanical property, excellent flame-retardant effect, low smoke and non-toxic during combustion, at the same time, improving the temperature resistance of cable material, aging resistance and service life.
