NOVELTY - Method for preparing metal-based composite material involves (a) preparing graphene preparation solution, (b) performing low-energy ball milling to oxidized graphene (S3), (c) cold pressing the mixed powder into multiple sheet blank, and annealing in the reducing furnace in hydrogen atmosphere, (d) stacking multiple sheets, and reducing to machine for hot sintering, and (e) placing the pressing sheet after hot pressing sinter in a vacuum furnace, and densification sintering in argon atmosphere. USE - Powder metallurgy preparation method of metal-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The powder metallurgy preparation method provides metal-based composite material with improved hardness and conductivity after compounding. The method ensures the uniformity of the internal product by stacking and thermally pressing multiple annealed and reduced sheets into a large-sized sintering block, performing secondary densification for the hot-pressed process for the densification process, and improving the quality of the finished product.
