USE - Used as photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst: uses first semiconductor nanosheet as the main catalyst; uses second semiconductor nanosheet, which can be used as the co-catalyst; adds two-dimensional carbon nano material, which is a conductive material with a sheet-type structure, which can be used as endo to connected and conduct the main catalyst and the co-catalyst, improves the migration and separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs, and weakens the internal recombination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs, can improves the utilization rate of photonics; and has high photocatalytic hydrogen production activity and good stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the photocatalyst, comprising dispersing first semiconductor nano-sheet and two-dimensional carbon nano-material in the first solvent, performing the first composite treatment, obtaining the first solution dispersed with the first composite material, performing a second composite treatment to the second semiconductor nanosheet and the first solution to obtain the photocatalyst; and (2) preparing hydrogen by photolysis water, comprising dispersing the photocatalyst in water and illuminating, where the photocatalyst includes or prepared by the above preparation method.
