NOVELTY - A self-lubricating nickel aluminide composite material comprises nickel powder, aluminum powder and graphene nanosheets. The total content of the nickel powder, aluminum powder and graphene nanosheets is 0.5-1.5 %mass. The molar ratio of the nickel powder and aluminum powder is 4.5:1. USE - Self-lubricating nickel aluminide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-lubricating nickel aluminide composite material has excellent compactness and tribological property, and is efficiently prepared with high purity and yield.
