NOVELTY - Graphene epoxy resin composite material comprises 35-50 parts mass bisphenol A solid epoxy resin, 20- 30 parts mass bisphenol A liquid epoxy resin, 5-10 parts mass toughening agent, 10-20 parts mass phenolic novolac epoxy resin, 1-5 parts mass graphene, 1-10 parts mass curing agent, and 1-5 parts mass accelerator. USE - Graphene epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high electrical conductivity, and high strength, and is light-weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the composite material, involving (a) preparing each raw material, (b) mixing the bisphenol A solid epoxy resin with the toughening agent, increasing the temperature to 100-150℃ under vacuum conditions, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a component (A), (c) mixing the bisphenol A liquid epoxy resin, phenolic novolac epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and graphene, heating at 70-80℃, stirring for 60-90 minutes, and grinding the mixture to obtain component (B), (d) mixing the component (A) and component (B) at 70-80℃, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a graphene epoxy resin composition, (e) preparing the graphene epoxy resin composition into an impregnated resin adhesive film on a film coating machine, (f) laying the prepared impregnated resin film on a fiber on a prepreg machine for impregnation to obtain a prepreg, and (g) cutting the above-prepared prepreg, laying on the mold, and curing by an autoclave process to obtain the composite material.
