▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flexible strain sensor of thermoplastic polyurethane non-woven material substrate comprises (i) preparing oxidized graphene, then adding the graphene dispersion into the reducing agent and heating, and adding enough ammonia water, washing, dispersing, adjusting to specific concentration, (ii) diluting the reducing and graphene dispersion liquid dispersion into different concentrations, washing the thermoplastic polyurethane meltblown non-woven material by alcohol, drying, dipping into the reducing and oxidizing solution graphene different concentration to stir to make the load uniform, then washing, drying and installing, and (iii) mixing carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotube solution with surfactant, then immersing pretreated thermoplastic polyurethane melt-blown nonwoven material in different concentration ratios of reduced graphene oxide/carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotube dispersions, stirring, washing, drying, and installing. USE - The method is useful for preparing flexible strain sensor of thermoplastic polyurethane non-woven material substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method: has best comprehensive performance, maximum detection range can reach 180%, the sensitivity is as high as 1407 (strain from 150% to 180%), and good stability; monitors the movement of small deformation; and can be monitored sensitively, stably and quickly.
