NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene using expandable graphite involves adding expandable graphite with N,N-dimethylacetamide and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide aqueous solution, heating to 100-120 degrees C, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes, filtering, water washing and drying, putting dried expandable graphite into crucible bottom, putting crucible into muffle furnace, sectional calcining, taking out product in crucible, putting into high speed crusher, controlling crusher to crush, and taking out product in crusher. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene using expandable graphite. ADVANTAGE - The method is green and environment-friendly, and has simple needed device, fast preparation speed, large yield, convenient and controllable reaction condition and easy to realize industrial production with low cost and large batch quantity.
