▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nano titanium dioxide/graphene cathode material comprises (1) orderly adding aqueous ammonia, organic titanium source and fluoroborate into the graphene oxide suspension in an ice bath, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain precursor liquid A, (2) placing the precursor solution A in closed environment at 80-100degrees Celsius for solvothermal reaction to obtain precursor B, and (3) placing the precursor B under protective atmosphere, and conducting thermal reaction at 400-600degrees Celsius to obtain nano- titanium dioxide/graphene cathode material. USE - The nano titanium dioxide/graphene cathode material is used in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is assembled on graphene oxide by hydrothermal in-situ to generate nano-shaped titanium dioxide, generates dominant crystal planes by adding fluoroborate, restricts and uniformly disperses particle size and morphology of titanium dioxide, reduces contact resistance, and has simple operation and high repeatability. The material has higher capacity and good rate discharge performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nano titanium dioxide/graphene cathode material.
